Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are valid only at The Avocado Show and The Avocado Show To Go locations in The Netherlands and Belgium. The minimum purchase amount is €25. Upon redemption, any remaining balance will remain on the original gift card and can be used at a later date. Gift cards must be redeemed within two years of initial purchase.
Merchandise Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. You will receive an update with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received an update within 3 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on weight and destination, and are determined during the checkout process. We ship all of our merchandise from The Netherlands. In many cases this significantly increases the cost.

- Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland)
- Faroe Islands
- France (incl. Corsica and Monaco)
- Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City)
- New Zealand
- Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira)
- San Marino
- South Africa
- Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands)
- United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom (excl. Channel Islands and Gribaltar)
- United States
- Vatican City
In most cases the shipping provider will provide a delivery estimate. Note, however, that deliveries can often be delayed by customs in the destination country. Import duties may also be charged once the package reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
Note that due to the relatively high cost of shipping and import duties, we can only accept returns within the EU. More information is below.
Returns inside the EU
- New, unused/unworn items in their original condition and purchased within the EU may be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to the following terms
- Returns must be sent via a trackable service within 14 days of delivery
- Returns are your responsibility until reaching us. For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides insurance.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Returns will be examined upon receipt. If we identify any problems with the items, we will contact you. Otherwise, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks, subject to the following adjustments:
- Any duties paid by The Avocado Show will be deducted
- A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted
- To return items, please complete the Merchandise Return Form and email is to us at email@example.com. This form can also be found on the reverse side of your packing slip. Please also include a copy of the Merchandise Return Form in your return parcel and ship it to:

Returns outside the EU
- Due to variable import duties, we can not accept returns from outside the EU. Note that we make exceptions for damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We will reply within 3 business days to resolve your issue.
